Home To Australia

On Monday, we went home to Australia. But our flight left at 9pm so whilst my mum went out to see her friend named Takako, we watched a lot of Star Trek. Then we cleaned up the room. Then when my mum got home, we went to the airport and went through security and passport control. Then we had to wait a long time for the plane. On the first plane we went on, I watched nearly all of Inside Out before I fell asleep. The breakfast was not great. So I only ate a little bit of ham. Then we landed not in Sydney but in Brisbane. we had to rush to our next flight which took us to Sydney. It felt so good to be back. When we got back, I just rested in my bed for a bit, then went upstairs and watched some Star Trek with my family. We are good Australian food that night. It was so yummy.

The Japanese gardens

On Sunday, we went to one of the Japanese Gardens. First, we had to catch 3 trains to get there. Then we had to pay to get in. Then we had ice cream. It was yummy. Then my dad and sister went exploring whilst the rest of us found a shady bit of grass to lay in. Then I spammed my dad with messages that were pointless.  Then my mum, dad, and baby sister went to a fair not too far from where were. Then they came back and we went home and watched a little bit of Star Trek.

Zoe's birthday

On Saturday, it was Zoe's birthday. She chose to go to a Lego land because she did not find any where else that she wanted to go to. First we went on a ride where we shot things so we could get points. I won both times I played.

Then we found a pot of Lego. I built an AT-AT from Star Wars, my dad built ships from Star Trek. Zoe built a house for a doll she got for a present. Then I found a place where you got to build Lego cars and put them down ramps. My method of getting cars was to find abandoed cars and make them mine. I did this because all the good bits were taken.

Then we went to a ninjargo training camp were you have to dodge lasers. I hurt my arm doing it. Then Zoe and my dad went to a indoor theme park. Whilst the rest of us went home.

Disney Land

On Friday, we went to Disney Land. Surprisingly, it was better than Disney Sea. First, we went on a Pirates of the Caribbean ride. It was cool. There was amazing animatronics, they almost looked real. Then we went on a jungle boat tour, not a real jungle, of course. There also was the animatronics that were cool. Ada loved it. Then we went up a tree. It was called The Swiss family Robinsons treehouse. It was cool.

Then we went on a rollercoaster. It was fun but not as exhilarating as the rollercoaster in 6 flags. Then we went in an hour long line for a boat ride that when you go down a very steep hill out splashes you in the face.  I did not get wet because my dad took all the water and got drenched. Then we all wached a parade. I thought it was boring. Then we went on a Star Wars ride. It was cool. Then we went home.

Disney Sea

On Thursday, we went to Disney Sea. Disney Sea is like Disney Land but aimed for an older audience. When we got there, Zoe wanted to go to a rollercoaster. When we got to the rollercoaster, we found out that it was shut. Then, my mum, sister and I went to a volcano rollercoaster in the middle of the park. We waited about an hour or so and when we got on, we saw animatronics of cool and weird creatures. Then there was a big monster on one side and fire on the other side. Once that ended, we down a steep drop and got off the ride.

We met up with dad and my baby sister. They had been going on mermaid rides and tiny rollercoasters.

Mum and Ada went on another rollercoaster whilst Zoe, my dad and I had some lunch. We had smoked turkey legs and something I think was called gozza. My sister and I went on another rollercoaster and whilst we were on it, we complained how bad it was. Then, we were VERY VERY tired, so we went home.

Still Going To Japan

We were still going to Japan. When I woke my dad recommended a movie. It was called, AI. It was cool even know that I didn't finish it. For breakfast we had some gross food that I didn't have. Then when we got off we weren't on a bus that took about 1 hour. I slept on the bus because I didn't get very much sleep on the on the plane. When we got there we had to wait 2 hours to sign in to our room. We watched some Star Trek but then my dad went to get some dinner and I that period I fell asleep.

Our first plane took about 1 and a half hours. The second plate took longer it took 11 hours. I watched a few movies. I Watched the karate kid first than, tomorrow land. Then I played on my I pad then I went to sleep.

The Science Museum

On Sunday, went to the Science Museum. It was fun. First we went on three trains again, then we had to go though a tunnel to grey there. First we past few a space section to go upstairs to a hands on section. It was very fun. In there there was stuff like wire burgers alarms and cool stuff like that. Then we went to a space talk It wasn't very interesting because I already knew what everything was thanks to Kerbal space program (a game). Then we went to a flight simulator. It was fun we got to fly upsidedown  and we actually went upsidedown in the module we were in. Then we went to a part about saving the environment, we played a game called energy ninjas. It was a stupid game because it got some magical ninjas and made them very violent and silly. In the game accidentally turn on the heater to the highest and made the girl and boy take off all there clothes and we saw the girls bobbys. Then we went down stairs to get some Ice cream it was yummy. Then we went to the basement and found a place about the home. We even got to play pong the first video game ever. Then we went to have dinner with some of my mums friends then. We pizza it was nice. Then we got on a train to go home.

When we were there we first did a random search and we went to the mummies. It was cool. Then we took some pictures with the mummies. After we passed the mummeis, we took some pictures of some dead bodys. Then we looked at the Japanese section. my dad really enjoyed it. Then we saw the Rosetta stone. t is very famous stone because it told us how to read hieroglyphics. Then we went home. On the way home, we had some ice cream (very unhealthy). For dinner we had excellent Bolognese made by my mum.

The Zero Line

On Saturday we went to a park that the Zero Line ran through. The Zero Line is based at the Royal Observatory, Greenwich, in London. It was established by Sir George Airy in 1851. By 1884, over two-thirds of all ships and tonnage used it as the reference meridian on their charts and maps ( From Wikipedia).

We first went to a playground and stayed there for a bit then Zoe and I went to sit whilst my mum and dad and baby sister looked at the to of the hill. My dad came to get me and Zoe to tell us that they had found lunch. My dad and I shared a pizza whilst my mum had chilli and my sisters both had chips. Then we went to the planetarium where we watched a cool movie thing about planets. We then had some very frozen ice cream and went home.

To London

On Friday, we went to London. When we went past the queens place we only recognised it because of where Bob stood (Bob is from a movie called minions). We went home and had a liberal little relax time from the long trip from Birmingham. For lunch we all had sandwiches except my mum she had yoghurt and berrys. Then we stayed at home for a little longer and them had dinner. We had spaghetti Bolognese it was yummy. Then I read a comic, it wasn't very long. Then I went to bed on the couch.

EURO GAMER

On Thursday, we went to Euro Gamer! We got up at 8 so we could get there when it started. First, we played Minecraft hunger games. It was only my dad, sister, and I. But my dad won. I killed my sister and my dad killed me.

Next we played Gang Beasts, a silly game where you try to throw the opposing players off the platform you are on. Then my dad and I had a quick game of Mayan Death Robots, a little like a worms; a different game.

Then we played some Splatoon, a game where you have to cover as much as the map in paint as you can. Then we entered a competition of Splatoon but we lost in the semi final.

Then we played a round of Stikbold, a game like dodge ball but more fun. We then went back to Minecraft, I lasted longer than my dad and sister then I fell off a floating island and I died.

Then we played a board game. We were all bank robbers and we needed to get away. It was called cash&guns. And I won with not a single scratch on me (I'm so good). We had some lunch. Then whilst my dad went in the over 18 section, my sister and I played Gang Beasts again.

We went shopping but did not buy anything. In the short amount of time until the end I played I Am Bread where the aim of the game is to become toast.

We then went home and had a swim which was refreshing. Overall, my two favorite games were Splatoon and Gang Beasts.

To Birmingham

On Wednesday, we went to Birmingham. In Birmingham we are going to  EGX ( Euro gamer). On the way, we went to Subway. It was yummy. In the hotel we got the suite, but it wasn't very big. For dinner we went to the pub, downstairs. I had a burger ( very typical). After that, the girls went for a swim. Then we read for a bit, then went to bed.

Zip-lining in the rain

On Tuesday, we went zip-lining in the rain. My mum and sister went first whilst my dad and I took Ada shopping. My dad and I had a cheese pastry for lunch and Ada had a banana. Then my dad and I had our turn. The gear we took was so heavy, it felt like I was pulling a truck. The first one was about a kilometer long, but the others were shorter. In all, my favorite was the second one because it was the fastest. Unfortunately, it was raining witch hurt my face because we were going so fast. When we took off the gear, I felt like I could fly. For dinner we had sausages. They were yummy.

On Monday, we went to Bounce Below again but with our mum this time. Before we went out my mum was on a phone when she got stung by a wasp. At. First she did not know what it was so she though shewas going to die but she didn't. At Bounce Below my mum screamed a lot but our was still lots of fun. We were even on Japanese tv. After that we found my dad in the cafe. We went home. After about an hour later we went to dinner. I had a Burger. We then went home.

The accident

On Sunday, we went from Scotland to whales. About three and a half hour on we had an accident. The GPS system told us to go up a dirt track but then we realized the road was blocked shop we tried to back out then my dad pulled out to fast and got us stuck on the road. We all bundled out as fast as you could say" jerry's my uncle."About 4 people speed and helped us and the police were even called to fend off traffic. We called a tow truck and got out. We then got home. We then stayed in the car Because we were going to thing called bounce below. Bounce below was a thing of snakes and ladders. A little like Skyzone but under the ground and with slides. After that we went home. For dinner that night we had spaghetti Bolognese but without meat.

Second day off golf

On Friday, my dad and I went golfing again. We did 9 holes, my dad and I were much better than the last time we played. After that, we went to Mabies farm. On Mabies Farm, there were trampolines, bobsled sort of things, rope swings, and quad bikes. My favorite thing was definitely the quad bikes. We were only meant to go on for 5 minutes, but my dad was taking to the guy who ran it, so we got 15 minutes instead. We went home. We watched some Star Trek and went to sleep.

First game of golf

On Wednesday, we went to a golf course. The first golf course we went to did not let us hire golf clubs so we went to another golf course. Luckily the guy who ran out lends us his clubs. We were very bad, very very bad. At the top there was a lovely view of the mountains of Scotland. At about the sixth hole my sister and I got bored and went to go home. For dinner we had spaghetti it was nice. We then watched some star trek. Then went to bed.

Caerlaverock castle

On Tuesday, we went to Caerlaverock castle. The castle had three sides. On one side there was a bog, and on the other side there was the sea, so you could only attack from the front. I went in the castle there was a bakery, well, and a store house. They could of survived there for a long time. Unfortunately it was attacked. The castle held out for three days straight. Finally the roof fell and they surrendered. There was a playground outside the castle but it was disappointing. Then we went home. For dinner we went to the pub it was nice.

The Long trip (part 2)

On Monday, we then got off of the boat and waited whilst my dad got the car that we will take to Scotland. The trip took 4 hours. It got boring. On the way there, we stopped at the a supermarket and a bakery I had a sandwich so did my dad. Then we continued on. My dad wanted to stop at a music shop in York and he and my sister bought a whistle sort of thing. Then we started on the trip again. When we got there, it was a tiny town. We lived in a cottage. For dinner, we went to a pub: the only commercial building in the town.

The Long trip (part 1)

On Sunday, we had to go on a train to then go on a boat. We got top the train station 2 hours early. The train took 1 and a half hours and we then took a shuttle to the boat. On the boat we found our room and it had a window which was good. For my dinner I had a bacon and chicken sandwich. Strait after dinner we went to watch a movie. The movie was Inside Out. In our room there were only 2 visible beds. But then Zoe looked in the cupboard and found a ladder. Then she figured out that the other bed came down from the roof of our carbon. We then went to sleep.

Trying to go bike riding

On Saturday, we tried to go bike riding. on Saturday,  the bike rental place is closed. So we couldn't go, so we chose to go to a park. After about an hour of playing, we then got up and went to have lunch. I had a burger so did my dad and my sister had Caesar salad. We then convinced our dad to share a cheese cake, but only then did Zoe and I realise that it wasn't Belgium cheese cake, it was New York cheese cake but it was still yummy! We tried to find a snow dome for my mum but we did not find one.

The Long Tunnel

On Friday, we went to the school of Stella, Zoe's friend from Belgium. Zoe went in for about an hour and I looked after Ada. After that, we went and had lunch at a kid friendly cafe. But I don't think it should be kid friendly because there were pictures of naked girls on the walls. After lunch, we went in a kilometer long tunnel under the water. On the other side, there was a playground that we played at for a while then we headed home.

Antwerp Clue

On Thursday, we went to Antwerp clue, Antwerp clue is a game where you get locked in a room for 1 hour and you have to try to escape by solving puzzles and trying to escape. First, we booked in to the hardest one they, had but most adults couldn't do it so we did the easiest. We had to wait 2 hours, so we went up a tower that you from witch you could see the whole city. Unfortunately, we did not win but it was still fun. It was super fun but even though that we lost, we still had tremendous fun. After that, we got to dress up and take a picture
. We had dinner at a burger joint and they were nice then we headed home to sleep.

To Belgium

On Wednesday, our family took a train to Antwerp. The train trip took about 1 and a half hours to get to Antwerp. We got off and hailed a taxi. We got to our hotel and chose rooms. The catacombs

On Tuesday we went to the catacombs well we didn't really we figured that it would take about 1 and half hours to get though. We waited about 5 minutes before the people behind us started to roll up cigarettes and smoke. We didn't want to stand for 1 and a half hours for the catacombs with people smoking behind us. So we left and decided that we would pick at random witch way to go. After doing that for a while we went to the Arc de Triomphe to try to watch some cars crash but we didn't. We had a  beget and continued on our way home.

Boat Tour

On Monday, Ada, my dad and I went on a boat tour of a canal in Paris. First we went to go pick up some more passengers. We then did a u turn then headed to go to a lock. A lock is an elevator for boats, it drained the water out of the section you were in so it was the same as the one that was in front of you. So you could continue on your way. We passed though 4 locks in total and one big tunnel. We came home. Ada still stayed up all night so I still had to stay up all night.

Fathers Day

On Father's day, we went to Pompidou the Paris museum of contemporary art. But first we decided that we would go to the pet market. There were lots of bunnys, bird, and fish. We stayed there for about 15 minutes before we left for the museum. When we got to the museum we had to wait in a big line when we got in we started to explore. I found a big, kids area. There was also a Video arcade and a awesome gallery on the top floor. There was a room with a video of a camera traveling though a throat. It was gross. We tried to get our dad in, but only then we realised that adults needed a ticket. He gave us his phone to take pictures of all the art. When we got in about 15 meters, my dad was allowed in. The guy who let us go in gave my dad a freebie. It was still very awesome. My dad stayed to look at Picasso. The rest of us walked home. I made dinner it was pasta with meat and four cheese sauce. Not too brag but it was amazing. Then zoe made chocolate sauce for the ice cream that was also very yummy but I had to stay up all night because Ada would not go to sleep.

Luxembourg gardens

On Saturday, we went to Luxembourg Gardens in Paris. We tried to get there but train, but the train station was shut, so we took two Ubers there instead. We had to get 2 because the van we ordered never came and there are five of us. Uber is a company sort of like a taxi but it's cheaper and it's just normal people who use their own cars.

When my dad and I got there, the girls were at the other side of the park. My dad and I walked past a big pond and saw some model sailing boats that we wanted to use later. We found the girls. They had a bike for Zoe, but when she started to ride it, someone old her to get off it because it was forbidden to ride bikes in the park. So my mum returned it back whilst all of us gotmodel sailing boats. Mine was a pirate ship and Zoe's held the Australian flag. We spent half an hour to 45 minutes playing with the boats until we got sick of it.

Then we went to a playground which cost 2.5 Euros to get in. My sisters spent about an hour in there while my dad and mum and I were sitting on bench with a nice view of the park. My sisters also had a pony ride.

We had dinner. I had a croque monsieur, a French delicacy. My dad had a quiche and my and sister had a salad. Ada was asleep. Dad took Ada home and my mum and Zoe and I had crepes. I had a salted caramel crepe, my sister had butter and sugar crepe and my mum had ice cream. We then headed home and I had to stay up nearly all night because Ada couldn't get to sleep after her nap.

Escargot

On Friday, the girls went to go on a hot air balloon and my dad and I went to a music shop. On the way there my dad and I stopped at a park, we both thought of a word each and we both said it I said Foutain and he said dark green so we tried to find one but we didn't, so we continued to the music shop.  then we decided that we might come back to the shop to get the thing that my dad wanted. We then wandered along until we found a place where they had savoury crepes. They also had escargot which I had because I really wanted to, it was weird . We then got to the music shop just in time befor it closed for lunch. We then walked on home but on the way my mum said on text that the hot air balloon was closed so they headed home too.

The Eiffel Tower

On Tuesday, went to the Eiffel Tower it's much taller than in the pictures. We took a few pictures underneath the Eiffel Tower than my dad and I went up the stairs whilst the girls took the elevator. My dad was trying to take pictures of the Eiffel Tower in a different way to the ordinary pictures of the Eiffel Tower . On the first floor there was a restaurant my dad thought it would be expensive as but it wasn't but it still was a little bit expensive. On the next floor up we all had to wait in a huge queue to get to the tippy top and we got a nice view of the whole city of Paris. When we got home my dad and mum went to get some groceries whilst the kids watched ratatouille because it was set in Paris.

The Broken Finger

On Wednesday, my mum and sister went to a hospital in France to see if my sister's finger was broken
When, they returned, it turned out that it was. While they were out and Ada and I stayed at home. We are staying on the other side of the river to the Eiffel Tower Ina little apartment. The day before, a creepy man put a decorated egg in a dead garden near my mum and dads windows. My mum thinks he is a sophisticated robber who put a video camera inside the egg for surveillance and my dad hinks it's a blown egg that's been painted. I think we should just throw something at the egg to destroy it.

The trip to Paris

On Tuesday, we went to Paris. We first had to have a good half an hour train trip. Then wait around an hour and a half but about 25 minutes befor our plane started we realised we were in the wrong terminal and had to go to our terminal on the other side of the airport. We got a birthday present for her we got some Lego friends but don't tell her. When we got to Paris we went to our hotel but the man with the keys could not come so we went to the playground. When we he came we got in and had some rest then Zoe fell and hurt her arm. We then decided  the next day. That we are going to go to the hospital for Zoe. After we got settled in my dad and I went and got dinner for the family.

Trying to feed the ducks

On Monday. We tried to feed the ducks but failed because it was bucketting we hoped it would stop but it only got worse so we did the long run home. So when we got home we watched YouTube and Zoes finger was still hurting from when she tried to make herself go faster on the gocarts. I'm a cereal killer because I kill cereal.

Then after the island we met some of my mums friends who also had  albinism we got back to the ship I played monopoly with my sister. On the way back to the boat we had to do a mandatory souvenir stop my favourite thing in there was the free fish bisects in the store then we took the bus home.

Those are my favourite days on a cruise because you don't have to leave the boat in the the morning my dad and I learnt how to play shuffleboard we spent a good 2 hours playing we were not very good. After lunch we all went for a swim the water slide there were very disappointing it was not very fast and I got stuck half way though it and had to walk the way down. We had dinner at a fancy restaurant I had gotten lasagna but it had pesto in it so I could not have it so I switched with my dad and had a stake instead.

Warnemunde

On Thursday, we went to a fishing town three hours away from Berlin first we decided that we would not take the train because it would cost 450 dollars per person so we decided that we would stay in the fishing town. We found a nice little park that had a playground my dad and I went to find a barber but the only one we could find was a 2hour wait so we went back to the playground after playing for a bit we split my dad and I went up a lighthouse and the girls went of to shop. The Tour

Yesterday afternoon, we went on a kid friendly tour that was based around 4-7 year olds but it was interesting. We started at a shopping mall that was a ruin because it was Rome and more than one quarter of Rome is ruins. Then the tour lady asked us some questions and when she said them, she thought we knew the by saying "do your remember" it got annoying after a while. Then we saw a big area with lots of ruins and a place where a Caeser was buried. And then we started to head over to the Colloseum there were lots of  graffiti form 1800 years ago. The sand was volcanic sand they chose volcanic sand because it adsorbed blood faster then normal sand. There is a huge caven under the Colloseum with lots of machinery, in pictures that would of been there for transport lions and tigers to the floor of the Colloseum where they would fight to the death. Then we had dinner but not near tourists attractions because they were expensive and not as good quality as the backstreet restaurants that were really good.

The Zoo

Yesterday,we went to the Zoo. To get there we had to catch a bus then walked a bit my dad and sister took a detour whilst we went the normal path. We got tickets whilst waiting for them when they got there we got some ice cream unfortunately it wasn't gluten free but my mum accidentally ate some. My  sisters wanted to see the lions and the bears. First we saw the some wired birds then some childish animals soon after goat then more goat then some more goat then small Chinese monkeys then we saw some miserable monkeys who's cage was like a prison no grass no comfort. We then saw some goat (they must really like their goats in Rome) followed by some hippos thats pen was very small. The lion was sound asleep Ada liked looking at them, then we saw a truly mailable elephant that literally you could see how miserable it was in its eyes. Then we went to the Bears who had a big argument. Then we went home.

The Mouth of Truth

Yesterday, we met a fried of mums he had came 500 km to get to Rome where we were staying first my mum and him had a chat then we decided that the queue would take to long so we went to the mouth of truth. On the way there because it was so hot we stopped for a drink then continued on but the queue also took a long time. It took about 20 minutes to get to the end of the line. At the end out the exit it entered into a church. Then went to have lunch he said it was one of the oldest restaurants in Rome. In parts of Rome you can't drink the water from the taps because it's diluted then we went home.

The Pantheon

Today, we went to the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. The Pantheon was a beautiful on the outside it was still well maintained and on the inside it was brilliant there was Raphals grave and a big hole in the roof. They say you can perfectly fit a sphere in it there was also a big hole in the roof on purpose.

After exploring the Pantheon we headed over to the Trevi Foutain which was a disappointment because it was off and we had to throw our coins into the designated area. Then we had some ice cream I had tiramisu my baby sister had chocolate which she spilled everywhere and my mum had peanut but she wanted chocolate.

The Long Journey

On Sunday, we started our long drive to San Francisco where we would stay there for about 5 hours then take our 2 part journey to Rome. When we started the long drive we tried to get the TV to work but we couldn't find the CD player,  so at the first stop my dad tried to find the CD player but he came to the conclusion that it had been taken out. Befor we started to go my mum had the brilliant idea of using my dads laptop to watch it for the rest of the journey. When we got to the airport we returned our car and got checked in and waited 2 hours for our first half of our flights that took 11 hours on the plane my mum told me that I had to stay awake the full time of the flight but about 9 hours in I fell asleep and when I awoke I had some breakfast waiting for me the 2 and a half movies I watched  were Asterix, Interstellar and half of Annie but then we landed. Then we walked over to the gate where we would catch our next flight which took 1 and a half hours it was very boring it was 9 at night when we got there and we thought that our bags hadn't been transferred properly but they eventually came then we took the 40 minuet taxi ride to our apartment where we could not get to sleep.

6 Flags

On Saturday my dad sister and I went to 6 flags. When we first got there we I thought it would just be waterslides but I was wrong there was no waterslides there were only roller coasters. At first I was scared to go on then yes miles scared but then my sister dared me to go on a green lantern ride which was quite fun. At the start of it we got a device that let you reserve a spot in line you could wait in two lines at once and we got double the rides if we hadn't gotten it. My two favourite rides were the Goliath and Tatsu they were all very fun. There was a very annoying ride that you could go under that made huge sound that hurt my ears. Then we took the long journey home.

First, we went to a merry-go-round for Ada then we also went to a playground also for Ada then we went on a pony ride for Ada then a train you guessed it for ada. Before that we unexpectedly saw three deers it was amazing but the the big hill to the ponys was a nightmare. When the train ride had finished we caught another uber to a obsevotory were we could se the HOLLYWOOD sign then we came home.

LACMA

Today, we went to LACMA or Los Angeles County Museum of Art. First, we went to a movie, well it wasn't really a movie, it more of a combination of different movies that had clocks that had the exact same time as in the time you were watching the movie. After that, we saw a yellow tentacle thing made of bright yellow plastic

Soon after that, we went and had some lunch. I had a LACMA cheeseburger. Zoe had a Caesar salad with chicken and my mum had salad of her choise and my dad had a sandwich, and Ada had a vegemite sandwich. I didn't feel too well after lunch and I went with my dad and the girls went with my mum. My dad and  I saw some Picasso artwork. The Picasso artwork was very weird. We  saw a naked woman getting assaulted by a man wiht a knife and we also saw a statue of a naked woman.  In summary, they were very good but weird. My dad said it was the first ever Picasso painting he had ever seen!

After we looked at the paintings, we went to see the girls who were doing their own painting. Thenn, we had a talk and I went home wiht my dad because I wasn''t feeling well.

The bus trip took minutes and I got very bored to death during it. When we got home, I gave my dad a hug and he looked at my back suspiciously seeing if something was there. Theen he laughed and I asked why. Then he said "Oh nothing!" Theen I went and looked in the mirror and I saw that his  entry sticker for LACMA had been transferred to my back. I asked how this had happened and he said that he had put it on my back when we were walking up the street. So, I returned the favour..

Then my dad left for his conference and I said bye.

Traveling through glaciers

On Saturday, we traveled through glaciers and Icefields. A glacier is "a slowly moving mass or river of ice formed by the accumulation and compaction of snow on mountains or near the poles".
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glacier

We also saw a huge ice field. "Icefield's are expanses of ice similar to ice caps, only smaller, usually less than 50,000 square kilometers (19,300 square miles) in area. An Icefield's flow is also more strongly influenced by the underlying mountains and topography"
https://nsidc.org/cryosphere/glaciers/gallery/icefields.html. When we were leaving there was supposed to be a bear but I did not see it.

Ziplining in the rain

On Friday, my mum sister and I went ziplining on top of a mountain. The mountain was near Juneau, in Alaska. Ziplining is a tree-based aerial trekking course. Safely clipped in harnesses, participants glide from platform to platform by way of free-moving pulleys suspended on cables high above the ground. The course design is such that natural gravity acts as the propelling force. First we took a shuttle up to the camp where the jeep thing took us up to the area were we got kitted up, after that we split into groups were we met our instructors then they took us up to the practice ropes, they were very boring. But the next 9 were amazing and on a few we could do front flips. And on most of them there was challenges like pretend to be a salmon matting. There was also a suspension bridge that Zoe and I liked to jump on. After we did all 9 ziplines we went and had some water taken from the waterfall that some of the ziplines went over. We also sang happy birthday to two people one of them was and instructor and the other was zoes friend who had her birthday the day befor.

White water rafting

On Thursday, we did a tour around some small ice bergs and and big glaciers. I learnt that in about 100-200 years the glacier won't be there because of global warming. We had to get in heavy duty wet weather gear and I felt like a robot! We asked my dad if we could take it off he said "no and you'll thank me later" and we did! When we started,  I asked if I could touch the water and it was immensely cold,  it was 2 degrees Celcius.

Then we started the white water rafting. When we started,  it was raining and our guide accidentally hit a rock (wink wink) and we went spinning. It felt like a roller coaster. By the end of it, my toes and fingers were literally frozen but then we had food. There was warm apple juice and for food I had a reindeer  sausage and it was yummy.

Sea kayaking Adventure

On Wednesday, we went sea kayaking and it was very fun. We saw a number of Bald Eagles. I learnt that it is illegal to even take a Bald Eagle feather and as punishment you have to pay a big fine. My sister and I tried to make our dad wear a "dress" in the kayak so he would look silly, but it backfired and he did not get wet and we got drenched. There was a small island that was home to a family of Bald eagles and we were lucky and we got to see the mum feed here babies. On a bigger island, my dad and sister found a rope swing. I still wounder how people get up there! When we got back to the dock Zoe was literally shivering to the bone. She was so wet and her jumper was like a thing deliberately drenched.

wee have started our cruise

Today we went on 7 day cruise. So far its been a very good day we have seen the pool had lunch and saw a not to good family  fued. It  took a long time to get in the boat  there were things like in an airport     . We had do a mandatory safty drill before the boat started going

whale watching

Yesterday, we got off our cruise and we were in Seward, the final destanation of our cruise. First, we got our bags then went to go to another crusie but not as big and not as long. It was a wild life criuse. The first animals we saw were annoying seagulls but the first animal that was cool was the Sealion, the Berlin Whale the second bigist whale in the world. Then, we saw two humpback whales eating fish. Unnfortunantly, they did not breach.

After that, we went on a train that had some beautiful scenery and the food was not too good. The train took 4 hours and ended at 10 at night but it looked liked 7 I guess the sun goes down late here because we are near the North Pole.

two days ago we went to Niagara Falls and it was very fun. We went on a 6 people tour, us and 2 others. First we got on a bus that took 2 hours when it should of only taken 1 and a half hours then we started our six people tour. Then we went in tunnels that go under the Niagara Falls and it was very wet we had wear ponchos it was that wet. Then we went to a very tall tower that looked over the falls. Then we had a quite peek at the hydroelectric plant where half the water from the falls are sent at all times. And finaly we went on a boat that went under the falls and we got very wet then we went home. The next day we spent the day at the park before the plane ride to Vancouver we found a labirenth that was also a baby pool then when we got to Vancouver I litrally fell asleep as soon as we got home.

But it was quite fun. there were lot's of hands on things like this 3D shape builder that was lots of fun. There also was this hard maze the you could only turn right unfortunately I could not finish it after that  I had  a square pizza and my sister had a crepe then we walked home.

We Landed In New York City

Yesterday we landed in New York City it a pretty unclean place I saw rubbish bag out on the streets its probably been there for a week. After we got off the airplane we got in a taxi and headed off to the hotel and checked in. After a chilled day at home we headed off to a cruise and sailed across the harbour we saw the Brooklyn Bridge, Empire State Building and other landmarks of New York. After that we got of the cruise we head home to sleep unfortunately I had to sleep with my baby sister she slept sideways and didn't let me have any sleep.

We went to the Museum of Natural History

Today we went to the Museum of Natural History. We saw a massive Sperm Whale Tooth and a giant squid which was 11 meters long when it was caught. We also saw The Hope Diamond which was not that amazing in my opinion. Then we left the museum and had potentially my favourite milkshake I've ever had. Then we hopped on the metro and headed home.

Two days ago we landed in Washington DC. The house that we are staying in is bigger than any of the other hotels we stayed at. Today we are having a chilled day and in the afternoon we are hopefully going to the Spy Museum and a night tour of the city. Yesterday, we went to the Air and Space Museum. It was amazing; it had models from countless space missions and plane flights, including the actual Wright Brothers plane. My dad was mesmorised and wanted to stay there forever.

The Grand Canyon

Yesterday we went to the Grand Canyon it was amazing there were lots of canyons that you could fall into and things you could climb. The food was not that bad I thought it would horrible my mum said it was the best mash she ever had. On the way back to our hotel we stopped at Hoover Dam there was a massive dam and it was very windy and hot.

He was a little kid and he was really fast and rarely got hit. On the open bounce area, I did a few back drops and half flips. When we had some food it literally made me want to vomit.
